19 Harris Lane is a blend of sophistication, organic materials, and seamless design. Through its open concept and soft finishes, we have created a home that feels warm and welcoming, yet elevated and thoughtful for today’s lifestyle. The placement of each window throughout the home was carefully selected to capture light throughout the day. Being just moments from Scallop Pond, it was important that the home feel like an extension of the natural landscape that surrounds it.
The foyer hallway is lined with oversized windows and natural stone underfoot, while white oak lines the ceiling, guiding you toward the main living space and the backyard beyond. The fireplace serves as the focal point of the room, enhanced by the light surrounding. It immediately draws your attention and grounds the feeling of the space. The kitchen is quietly positioned looking towards the backyard, with Cosentino’s Dekton layered in to the counter tops and backsplash, to ensure function & design are aligned.
Sliding glass doors open to the backyard, where grasses, natural stone, and a gunite pool with a layered sun deck create a setting that feels both refined and connected to nature.
